Bold is looking for a (Part-time) Production Artist to assist in the design of static and dynamic Facebook ad creatives to promote company initiatives.

To help us achieve our mission, we are looking to hire a (Part-time) Production Artist with paid ad experience and envisions a world where every aging adult has access to personalized, convenient online workouts .

This is a 1099 role located in LA.

As a key member of our Marketing team, here’s what you’ll do :

Key Outcomes :

• Work closely with Bold’s Digital Marketing Lead (Paid Acquisition) to generate 50-100 creatives per week
• Commit to 6 hours per week minimum and work quickly to turn ideas into design iterations
• Optimize creatives based on key results, with guidance from Bold’s Digital Marketing Lead (Paid Acquisition)
• Generate large volume of creatives supported by ad testing

The most important skills for the role are* :

• Strong design background : Graphic design skills, experience with motion graphics and video editing, experience in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva
• Paid ads experience : Has experience in direct response advertising and paid social creatives
• Local to LA : Ability to come to Bold’s office in Culver City once every two weeks

Compensation :

We’re committed to an inclusive, consistent, and equitable approach to compensation and anticipate that this position will earn between $40-90 per hour.

The exact compensation will depend on the amount of relevant and transferable experience you bring to the role.
