Schedule : Vary (This role can be structured as part-time or full-time)

Pay rate : $25 - $30 / hr.

Facilities Coordinator essential tasks :

  • Organize and set up furniture / equipment for events per requirements.
  • Perform facility inspections, minor maintenance, and upkeep.
  • Coordinate with vendors for timely event support and facility services.
  • Maintain flexibility for variable hours, including weekends and late shifts.

Qualifications :

  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and safely climb ladders.
  • Flexible schedule availability.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to handle tasks and vendor relations effectively.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
