As a Float Registered Nurse (RN), you will have the opportunity to provide one on one patient care and work at the top of your license.

Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm
Responsibilities :
- Observe and monitor patient conditions and perform OASIS assessments to develop individualized care plans
- Administer medication as prescribed by the physician
- Educate patients and families on disease processes
- Complete all clinical documentation following agency protocol and Medicare / Federal guidelines
Requirements :
- Registered Nurse with current license in the state of employment
- Minimum one-year experience as an RN in an acute care setting
- Home care experience preferred
