Job Details :
Trusts & Estates Attorney
- Must have 3 - 5 years of experience in trusts and estates
- Active and in good standing license in New York
Qualifications :
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in Massachusetts required
- Superior communication, writing, and research skills
- Legal project management experience is helpful
Responsibilities :
- Direct experience with sophisticated estate planning, drafting and administration
- Direct client contact with our significant private client base of high net worth individuals and families, family offices, closely held businesses, and national charities and foundations.
Establishment of a variety of trusts, including the following :
- Revocable Living Trusts
- Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts
- Charitable Lead Trusts
- Charitable Remainder Unitrusts
- Dynasty Trusts
- Generation-Skipping Trusts
- Grantor Retained Annuity Trusts
- Qualified Personal Residence Trusts
- Spousal Estate Reduction Trusts
