We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative specializing in paint booth sales and preventative maintenance contracts.
This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Outside Sales Representative Compensation And Benefits
- Base Salary of $75,000
- Commissions based on new product sales and preventative maintenance contracts

Outside Sales Representative Responsibilities
- Sales Planning & Execution : Develop and implement a clear and concise sales plan for the assigned territory and market space
- Lead Management : Manage all leads and opportunities, ensure timely follow-up with potential customers, and maintain pipeline management in the company CRM
- Customer Support : Provide direct support to customers throughout projects, collaborating with internal teams to meet customer expectations
- Relationship Building : Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, direct and indirect customers, fostering goodwill for the company
- Market Intelligence : Track and report on competitive and market intelligence within the assigned territory / industry
- Sales Tracking & Reporting : Track and report weekly on sales activities and communicate with the General Manager on progress against sales and profit targets
Outside Sales Representative Requirements
- Education : Bachelor’s Degree in management or a related technical field
- Experience : 3+ years in an Outside Sales role, preferably with manufacturing or project management experience
- Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, solid organizational skills, and strong problem-solving abilities
- Technical Proficiency : Basic CAD 2D / 3D experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; HubSpot experience preferred
- Travel : Ability to travel locally up to 75% of the time, with some out-of-state travel as required
- Personal Attributes : Relationship-driven, capable of functioning well in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, and able to manage time effectively to meet deadlines
