Maintenance Technician

Rate : $18.00 to $21.00 hourly based on experience.
Hours : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm.

Role and Responsibilities :
- Assist with resident work orders in apartments.
- Assist with turnover of apartments.
- May perform grounds / landscaping work as needed.
- Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC in apartments.
- Appliance repair.
- Customer service.
- Salt / Snow removal duties.
- Rotating On-Call in the Mechanicsburg area.
- HVAC / EPA Certification Preferred.
- May be eligible for an on-call bonus!
Compensation details : 18-21 Hourly Wage
