Senior Associate, Process Manager- Navigator Platform

As a Sr. Associate Process Manager at Capital One, you will be part of a smart, talented team responsible for creating and enhancing processes that deliver excellence to your customer each time. The Sr. Associate, Process Manager will play a key role in delivering processes and work with smart and passionate people to deliver results that have a direct impact on the company's bottom line. In this position you will contribute immediately while strengthening your process management best practices.

General Responsibilities :

  • Centrally manage and monitor all work on behalf of the leadership team and support program-wide prioritization and reporting efforts.
  • Help facilitate leadership team management routines (e.g., program increment planning, Monthly Business Review reporting, Initiative and Milestone Review, Action Cycle Tracking) that enable the leadership team to collaborate, manage cross-functional dependencies, and proactively address portfolio risks.
  • Have excellent communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes.
  • Collaborate on small to large initiatives, including representing the department on broader change control forums for input and to represent department interests; challenge forum decisions if project outcome impacts department processes. Participate in cross-functional project teams, including projects driven by other parts of the organization, to provide input, liaise with training, and partner with groups on execution efforts.

Basic Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office or G Suite
  • At least 2 years of experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, or Risk Management
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification

    The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

    Plano, TX : $78,400 - $89,500 for Sr. Process Manager

    Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
