QUALIFICATIONS :
- 2+ years of residential maintenance & repair : Plumbing, HVAC, Drywall, Carpentry, Electrical, Appliance Repair
- Proven experience in property maintenance or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on our properties, ensuring everything is in top condition.
- Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the property management team to identify and address potential issues.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a working smart phone
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must own set of hand tools
- Must be able to work on-call weekend rotation
