Position Overview :

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals and families seeking life-saving treatment? Join our dynamic team at Sandstone Care as a Senior Admissions Liaison.

In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for coordinating professional referrals and new family inquiries as part of our broader family access team.

You'll guide clients and families through our comprehensive treatment options, representing our diverse centers across the country.

You'll be pivotal in our mission to inspire and empower change, working closely with clients from initial contact through their entire treatment journey.

As a Senior Admissions Liaison, you will :

  • Collaborate with our business development team to manage professional referrals.
  • Engage with clients and families, providing compassionate support and expert guidance.
  • Process inbound calls, web form submissions, and web-based chats with efficiency and empathy.
  • Contribute to client care before, during, and after their program, supporting therapists and ensuring seamless transitions across our continuum of care.
  • Be performance focused on effectively supporting families in need and scaling our impact.

This role is crucial for Sandstone Care's growth, requiring openness to feedback, transparent metrics, and regular performance coaching.

Your success will be measured by key performance indicators, including family experience, talk time, general activity metrics, conversion rates, and admission rates.

Training & Experience :

  • Minimum of 3 years behavioral health admissions experience; ideally experience with inpatient, residential, and outpatient levels of care;
  • Proven success in a call center environment, preferably within behavioral health;
  • Experience with behavioral health treatment in an inpatient, residential, PHP, and / or IOP settings is preferred;
  • Proficiency in various computer systems, including CRM (Salesforce), billing software, medical health records, and Office Suite;
  • Ability to type 50+ WPM while maintaining conversations, with excellent written and verbal English skills;
  • Experience meeting Monthly KPIs : You have a track record of achieving and exceeding your performance goals.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Foster a high-performing, client-focused culture.
  • Use your communication skills to build rapport, assess their needs, overcome objections, and guide families through the admissions process.
  • Verify insurance benefits and coordinate payments from public funding sources and private payers.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to stay aligned in our dynamic care environment.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clinical and outreach teams, referral partners, and professional communities.
  • Clearly and convincingly communicate the benefits of Sandstone Care services to prospective clients.
  • Exercise sound judgment and emotional stability in decision-making under pressure.

Compensation : $62,000-75,000 Annual Salary dependent on experience. Position is also eligible to participate in the Incentive Compensation Program of up to $25,000 per year which is achieved based on meeting or exceeding specific performance and quality metrics.

Target annual compensation of $80,000 to $100,000+ per year based on achievement of incentive compensation goals.
