5+ Years of Professional Experience Proven experience in a related field is essential.
Expertise in Communications Systems Hands-on experience with implementing and servicing communication systems.
Strong Technical Knowledge Deep understanding of communication technologies and product portfolios.
About the Role : Were seeking a highly skilled Network Communications Expert to lead the development and execution of advanced testing strategies for our client.
Youll collaborate with cross-service teams and partners to design, implement, and optimize communication architectures for global deployments.

What Youll Do :
Lead the implementation and servicing of advanced communication systems.
Provide expert guidance on managing and maintaining complex communication infrastructures.
Address challenges within customer support and direct service environments.
Monitor and manage extensive voice networks, including call flow traffic across multiple trunk groups.
Oversee the migration of call flows to modern protocols and technologies.
Produce and maintain technical documentation and provide training to junior engineers.

Leadership experience to mentor and guide teams in high-pressure situations.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with customers and internal teams.
A Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field.
