New Story In-District Services (IDS) partners with local school districts to enhance special education services by providing BCBAs, Teachers, RBTs, and Paraprofessionals within schools.

This BCBA role in Harrisonburg, VA will be is a fulltime, 10 month position - paid for all school holidays and breaks, including summer.
Provide supervision to assigned RBTs, BTs and other classroom leaders and / or support personnel to support identified goals Provide oversight for one or multiple student's ABA programs in the classroom including oversight for paraprofessionals who are working with the student(s) directly.
Provide direct intervention, instruction and supervision to classroom support personnel Monitor program and progress and provide daily progress reporting and data analysis Provide daily progress notes for school and families Assist with development of behavior strategies, IEP goals focusing on behavior reduction and replacement behaviors and data collection tools and methodology Provide Behavioral Skills Training (BST) for classroom staff on identified interventions Master's degree in psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or other related fields of study.
