University : University of Redlands is a private, nonprofit university in California that blends liberal arts and professional programs.
Experience : The successful candidate will have at least three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in complaint resolution and investigation, including investigations related to sexual harassment and sexual assault, discrimination, and retaliation.
Additionally, the successful candidate will have at least three (3) years of demonstrated professional work experience in student conduct, residential life, federal / state regulatory compliance, Title IX compliance or sexual violence investigation and prevention, or related experience.
A law degree is preferred although a license to practice is not required.
