Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and maintain Pilot-in-Command (PIC) crew schedules in accordance with a preferential bidding systemEnsure compliance with crew duty rest and duty time requirements while coordinating with various teamsWork with training and compliance teams to schedule crew for required training events and ensure only qualified crew are assigned to operationsRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience in aviation operations crew scheduling in Part 135, Part 121, or military equivalentOne or more years of experience maintaining rosters and resource planningWorking knowledge of 14 CFR Part 135 Crew Rest and Duty time requirementsExperience with resource management software such as Deputy or ServiceNowDemonstrated proficiency with Google Workspace (gSuite) tools
