This position is at Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) supporting the Naval Systems Engineering and Logistics Directorate (SEA 05).

Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Supply Chain & Logistics Analyst to join our team in Washington, D.C .

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Specialist in technical or business matters
  • Monitors and expedites the flow of goods, resources, and information required by the supply chain to ensure that critical processes run effectively and achieve organizational goals and performance.
  • Coordinates with procurement, production, inventory control, distribution, transportation, and other functions to optimize the supply chain.
  • Identifies bottlenecks or problem areas and escalates or proposes solutions.
  • Works with suppliers to resolve issues.
  • May assist in the negotiation of contracts or service arrangements.
  • May assume a team lead role for working groups.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. 14 years of relevant experience may satisfy degree requirement.
  • Four to Ten (4 - 10) years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with the US Navy, including on active duty, government civilian, or support contractor.
  • Experience working with technical authority (e.g., NAVSEA 05).
  • Experience working with US Navy Program Managers in an analyst role.

Clearance Requirements :

Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance prior to starting this position.

Physical Requirements :

The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $60,700-$100,300. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary / hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
