Function Related Activities / Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinates the day-to-day activities of maintenance workers to ensure that production equipment, machinery or instruments function reliably and safely and are in good working order.
• Leads / supervises a team to focus on improvement, equipment reliability and coordination with production and quality peer teams.
• Champions and leads change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts, including the pursuit of TPM.
• Utilizes and models Coca-Cola’s core values in the execution of daily work activities and decision making.
• Builds relationships with frontline team members, internal customers and suppliers, colleagues and support services to ensure achievement of targets.
• Maintains a safe environment and safety practices in all business initiatives.
• Creates and maintains a safe and positive work environment.
• Manages line efficiencies, key performance indicators and downtime.
• Manages within labor and OPEX budget.
• Reviews daily maintenance effectiveness to identify opportunities for improvement and works with the Technical team to get resolution.
• Ensures the development and implementation of action plans to address root causes of failures and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitors production processes and manages to quality standards and specifications.
• Ensures equipment in the area assigned is in working order and that working conditions are always safe.

Key Qualifications :

• Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education & experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years supervising maintenance staff preferred.
• 1-3 years’ maintenance / manufacturing and reliability experience in a leadership capacity in a shift or area.
• Prior experience in a beverage, food or other clean manufacturing environment with familiarity with quality and hygiene regulations preferred.
• Continuous improvement or process improvement experience. Green belt or black belt certification preferred.
• Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to lead organizational initiatives and change.
• Requires experience managing people / budgets.
• Familiarity and understanding of manufacturing systems / processes.
• Time management, delegation and organization skills with strong problem-solving ability.
• Familiar with PLC and controls preferred.
• Prior experience with TPM is a plus.
