Shift / Hours : Monday - Friday (Potential for full-time), first / second / third Shift, 8 : 00-5 : 00 PM
Pay Rate : Up To $15 / hr
Location : Dayton Ohio 45404
Experience : Entry level, 1-2 years, 5+ Years

Accounting Clerk Job Responsibilities and Requirements to include :
- Process Accounts Payable
- Initiate check run process
- Match invoices to purchase orders
- Work in a team environment
- Provide financial, administrative and clerical services
- Process and monitor payments
- Prepare and monitor the AR system
- Perform reconciliations and provide resolution on accounts with disputed balances
- Set up new accounts
- Computer Skills, including the ability to operate computerized accounting programs, MS Office Products, & Email
