What We're Looking For In You!
Minimum 1-3 Years of Sales and / or Field Management -
Home Improvement Field Marketing Experience a Plus!)
- Build, lead, mentor, and drive a successful Door to Door Team
- Effectively recruit and hire
- Set / exceed objectives of Sales Team performance
- Achieve Territory Sales objectives with sales goals, performance data, and forecasts
- Proven record of sales success AND / OR Any Management experience
with proven track record of meeting sales objectives
Ability to work light evenings, light Saturday and travel
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Coaching, Motivating, Mentoring and Training Sales Team
- Identify issues and offer constructive feedback to grow Team Members forward
- Leadership by example through successful selling habits and performance
- Ensure quotas are met / exceeded by hold daily check-ins
