Key Responsibilities

Lead the architecture and implementation of new features focused on scalability and reliability

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute high-impact projects

Shape the technical direction of the platform while mentoring engineers and driving innovation

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI / ML technologies

Hands-on expertise in building machine learning models and intelligent automation solutions

Experience with the tech stack : Rails, React, Typescript, GraphQL, Postgres, Redis, Sidekiq, RSpec, and Capybara

Strong background in software architecture, systems design, and scalable infrastructure

Ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor engineering teams in a fast-paced environment
