MBS is hiring Quality Engineer for a great client in Fairfield, OH. This position is a full-time, direct hire opportunity.
FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Ability to read drawings and understand specifications set by our various customers.
- Ability to translate specifications into easy-to-understand format for floor level operators / inspectors.
- Ability to review process conditions and identify potential risks for quality and safety.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
- Initiative to act on potential risks for quality and safety.
- Must foster positive working relationship with all internal and external business partners.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends, as necessary.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
REQUIREMETNS
- Education Level Bachelor’s Degree preferred, Minimum of High School Diploma or GED .
- Experience 2 years of Manufacturing Quality or 4 years of Manufacturing Operation.
- Specific Skills Microsoft Office Suite Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio , Ability to Read Blueprints.
- Characteristics Excellent communication, analytical thinker, avid learner, independent.
- Physical abilities Ability to lift 25lb, Wear PPE throughout day, Stand / walk for extended periods of time.
- Valid Driver’s License.
