Levi’s Building Components, a leader in the metal roofing accessories industry, is looking for the right candidate to join our expanding team.
We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven Outside Sales Representative to perform the following tasks.
- Represent the Levi’s experience to customers, vendors and co-workers.
- Identify and engage potential wholesale customers in need of metal roofing accessories.
- Establish, maintain and expand relationships with current and prospective customers using multiple techniques including regular sales
calls, cold-calling, industry networking, customer recommendations, etc. to drive aggressive closure of all available opportunities.
- Handles customer questions, issues, concerns, and seeks to resolve in the most cost effective and timely way possible.
- Conduct market research alongside the inside team to identify new revenue streams.
- Actively prospect for new business within your assigned region.
- Prepare weekly and / or monthly call reports as required.
- Technical presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, and lunch & learns as needed.
- Willing to travel 75% of the time within the Texas Region with occasional travel outside of the territory for training, seminars and trade
shows as needed.
- Develop a reasonable but aggressive sales forecast for the region that enables the company to reach its profit goals.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Effectively communicate to our customers the advantages of our products and the additional value provided by our services.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting and relationship-building strategies
- Ability to present, promote, and sell product line to all potential customers.
- Excellent selling and communication skills to clearly convey the benefits of Levi’s products and service to potential customers.
- Respond expeditiously to new potential opportunities, making contact within 24-48 hours
The ideal candidate would possess the following qualifications :
- Experience selling in the roofing or construction related industry.
- Strong understanding of metal roofing systems and industry trends.
- A good understanding of the Texas construction market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships and networks
- Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving history.
- Proven track record to attaining and exceeding sales goals
