Work with Global Quality to review new product specifications to identify potential issues. Develop tester codebases for both Reliability Stress & Characterization. Work with other groups within the company to develop & implement new methods of characterizing our products. Optimize our Reliability & Testing methodologies to deliver the same or better data in less time. Work with Product Engineering & Global Quality to analyze the data generated by our reliability flows. Review issues found during qualification and work with Manufacturing & Test teams to drive improvements to the product. Monitor ongoing reliability data collection to ensure potential problems are caught before they reach customers. Develop better / faster methods of providing data analysis to our internal customers. Support & work with teams all over the world to ensure execution of our Reliability Testing plans. Find opportunities to provide optimizations for Qual Operations teams. Provide on-call support for Qual Operations issues to maintain 24x7 operation. Work with the operations team to adopt the latest testing hardware. May telecommute from home 1-day per week.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Programming (Python, C).
  • Semiconductor Physics.
  • CMOS Logic.
  • CMOS Operation.
  • Data Analysis / Mining.
