Pizza Ranch ®Inc., started as a single location in Hull, Iowa in 1981. Pizza Ranch is in the category of a fast-casual restaurant.
Our unique concepts specialize in pizza, chicken, salad and dessert buffet, as well as delivery and take out. Our franchise has grown steadily with over 200 locations in thirteen states.
What makes Pizza Ranch® unique is that most stores offer a host of dining options.

Responsibilities :
All our Crew Members are vital to the successful operation of our restaurants. There are two ways to become a Pizza Ranch Crew Member.
You can apply for either a Front of the House (Dining Room), or Back of the House (Kitchen). The responsibilities below will give you a general idea of the types of activities involved in both of these departments.
Front of House Support Duties Guest Hospitality, Safety, Buffet Coordination and Maintenance, Point of Sale, Dining Room Cleanliness, Guest Relations & Transactions, Phone Responsibilities.
Qualifications, Skills, and / or Competencies :
- Ability to be mobile and / or on your feet for extended periods of time during entire shift.
- Reaching, bending, stooping, lifting, wiping, sweeping, and mopping.
- Ability to lift and carry weight up to 40 pounds.
- Strong desire and ability to provide legendary guest service.
- Ability to positively interact with Team Members and Guests.
- Restaurant experience preferred but not required
You are applying for work with a franchisee of Pizza Ranch, not Pizza Ranch Corp. or any of its affiliates. If hired, the franchisee will be your only employer.

Job Duties Plans, organizes, and directs overall clinical operations to provide comprehensive care for residents in accordance with current federal, state, and local guidelines Develops and implements nursing service objectives, policies, and procedures to maintain quality care and compliance Ensure adequate staffing levels across all shifts Oversee and evaluate nursing personnel Ensure compliance in all areas, including in documentation and resident care plans Qualifications At least two years of experience as a DON in a long-term care setting Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin or in an eligible Nurse Compact State Demonstrated competencies in health care management and operations, quality management, staff development, resident and family support systems, and community outreach Possess empathy and passion for serving others Serve as a leader and a trusted resource to other healthcare team members Strong computer literacy and competency skills Up-to-date clinical compliance Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR via American Heart Association (AHA) Two-step TB test Physical exam within the last 12 months Benefits Weekly
