About The Position
Job Title : Employee Wellness Psychotherapist Job Specialty : - Job Duration : 33 weeks Shift : Day - 5x8 - 9am - 5pm, 40 Hours Guaranteed Hours : 10 Hours per week Experience : Minimum 5 years of related experience License : Licensed in Minnesota in one of the following : Psychologist (LP), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) Certifications : N / A Must-Have : - Critical incident stress debriefing experience - Experience in work-related issues - Strong interpersonal skills - Sound clinical judgment - Excellent critical thinking and communication skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively Job Description : Deliver in-person short-term counseling to clinical staff to support their psychological, social, and emotional well-being - Provide critical incident response and intervention during staff mental health crises - Design and deliver training sessions on mental health awareness, self-care strategies, stress management, and resilience building - Collaborate with various departments to ensure comprehensive mental health support - Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions - Facilitate individual counseling and / or group therapy sessions to address mental health concerns such as stress, burnout, and trauma - Collaborate to develop coping strategies and address unhelpful behaviors - Facilitate referrals to benefit plans or community resources when necessary - Participate in program development, quality improvement, and educational initiatives to meet staff needs - Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapeutic interactions - Report on the utilization and effectiveness of mental health support programs - Days and times are negotiable;
discuss availability during the interview process Preferred Skills & Experience : Experience working with healthcare professionals or in high-stress environments - Prior onsite Employee Assistance Program (EAP) experience - Experience facilitating education and training
