Oversee and complete substructure repairs such as floor joists, beams, subfloors, and sills Perform home services to include, but not limited to, attic remediations, crawlspace encapsulations and insulation, vapor barrier to keep moisture out, and French Drains Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment Communicate with customers by setting project expectations and walking them through the process to ensure satisfaction Serve as a problem solver to meet all of your customers needs Complete all required service-related documentation What type of benefits will you receive?

This includes completing a drug test and having a valid drivers license What will my work environment be like? Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations : Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
