Job Summary
Oversees and directs human resources activities for department personnel, faculty, staff, post-doctoral students, graduate students, and undergraduate students / work study.
Acts as consultant to managers for personnel related functions. Ensures personnel utilization is carried out in accordance with department, school, and University policies and enforces departmental systems and procedures.
Performs administrative functions.
Essential Functions
The Human Resources Manager in this role will execute all staff and faculty actions for the Department of Plastic Surgery including visa processing, hiring, managing performance, employee relations, and offboarding actions.
Physical Effort
Mostly sedentary. May be required to lift 15 lbs.
