  • Beds : 40
  • Average Daily Census : ~24
  • Nurse-to-Patient Ratio : 1 : 4–5 (days and nights)
  • Charge Nurse : Yes – takes patients
  • Support Staff : PCTs / Nurse Aides (1 : 12 ratio); help with ADLs
  • Float Requirements : To Med-Surg or ICU (with PCU-level patients)
  • Orientation : 1 unit-specific shift
  • Weekend Requirement : Every offer
  • Holiday Requirement : Rotate with perm staff
  • Scheduling System : Smart Square (self-scheduling)
  • Dress Code : Navy blue scrubs
  • Fingernail Policy : No artificial nails in patient care areas – refusal to comply = termination
