Qualifications :
- Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., Doctorate, MA, or MS in Physical Therapy
- Current license and / or registration as a Physical Therapist
Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatment plans based on MD's orders
- Ensure all required documentation is completed
Pay Range : USD $50.00 - USD $55.00 / Hr.
