The successful candidate will play a crucial role in guiding our team to deliver outstanding customer service while managing smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
Responsibilities :
- Leadership and Team Development :
- Inspire and lead by example to maintain a positive and professional atmosphere.
- Mentor and coach staff to consistently achieve high standards of service.
- Actively participate in the recruitment and development of new team members.
- Operational Management :
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and operational performance.
- Manage inventory and supply chain to ensure availability of high-quality ingredients.
- Customer Service Excellence :
- Guarantee that every guest experiences exceptional service that aligns with our high standards.
- Effectively address and resolve any guest issues or concerns.
- Financial Stewardship :
- Manage financial operations, including cash flow, reporting, and forecasting.
- Ensure accountability for financial metrics and labor costs.
- Organizational Growth :
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for operational and service improvements.
- Engage in strategic planning to support the restaurant’s growth and innovative goals.
Qualifications :
- Extensive experience in a management role within the service industry, with a preference for Mexican cuisine expertise.
- Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team development and motivation.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in managing operations, financials, and customer relations.
