The successful candidate will play a crucial role in guiding our team to deliver outstanding customer service while managing smooth and efficient restaurant operations.

Responsibilities :

• Leadership and Team Development :
• Inspire and lead by example to maintain a positive and professional atmosphere.
• Mentor and coach staff to consistently achieve high standards of service.
• Actively participate in the recruitment and development of new team members.
• Operational Management :
• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and operational performance.
• Manage inventory and supply chain to ensure availability of high-quality ingredients.
• Customer Service Excellence :
• Guarantee that every guest experiences exceptional service that aligns with our high standards.
• Effectively address and resolve any guest issues or concerns.
• Financial Stewardship :
• Manage financial operations, including cash flow, reporting, and forecasting.
• Ensure accountability for financial metrics and labor costs.
• Organizational Growth :
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for operational and service improvements.
• Engage in strategic planning to support the restaurant’s growth and innovative goals.

Qualifications :

• Extensive experience in a management role within the service industry, with a preference for Mexican cuisine expertise.
• Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team development and motivation.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in managing operations, financials, and customer relations.
