Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney, licensed to practice in Texas, to handle first-party insurance claims, focused on property damage claims. The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of hands-on experience in first-party insurance claims, along with a demonstrated ability to think critically and solve complex legal challenges. Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in first-party property insurance claims.
- Handling all stages of litigation, from initial consultation through trial or settlement.
