Salary :
Pherson seeks a highly qualified adjunct (part time) Intelligence Training Instructor to join our team and support a US government agency in the Springfield, VA area.
The instructor will deliver specialized intelligence training to government personnel, with courses ranging from 3-day workshops to eight-week courses.
NOTE : TS / SCI Clearance Required.
Work Environment :
- Classes are held onsite, virtually, and at remote locations.
- Part-time role with potential opportunities for additional assignments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver high-quality instruction on topics including :
- Collection and analytic tradecraft
- Data science for intelligence
- Presentational tradecraft
- Legal and ethical considerations in intelligence
- Analytic leadership and management
- Cyber analysis and counterintelligence
- Threat detection and reporting
- Collaboration and information sharing
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with current trends and best practices in the intelligence community.
Qualifications :
- TS / SCI clearance required.
- 10 years of intelligence expertise in the subject taught
- Five years direct operational experience in subject methods (e.g. analytic tradecraft)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Intelligence, Political Science, Data Science).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt instruction to meet the needs of adult learners.
Preferred Skills :
Training Certification from US government agency
