ServiceNow HRSD Technical Lead

A company is looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Technical Lead to oversee a team of offshore developers working on enhancement and integration efforts within the ServiceNow HRSD platform.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical design and development of enhancements within the HRSD module of ServiceNow

Act as the main liaison between client stakeholders and the offshore technical team

Support Delivery Lead / PM responsibilities, including managing forecasts and providing status updates

Required Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Human Resources (CIS-HR) is REQUIRED

Proven experience designing and developing technical solutions within ServiceNow HRSD

Strong hands-on development background with the ability to lead by example

Experience leading offshore teams in a fast-paced, agile environment

Demonstrated ability to manage delivery timelines, forecasts, and status reporting
