We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Intelligence Manager to join our team and lead our Business Intelligence Division towards excellence.
Role Overview
As the Business Intelligence Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our Business Intelligence teams to ensure the delivery of actionable insights that drive business performance.
Your role will involve managing and coordinating BI functions, establishing and maintaining KPIs, facilitating data analytics, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency within the BI Division.

This role will be onsite 5 days a week for a 90 day training period and will transition to a hybrid work schedule once training is complete.
Key Responsibilities
- Staff Management : Lead and mentor BI teams to maintain high productivity levels and ensure all team members have the necessary skills and knowledge.
- KPI Governance : Establish and manage Key Performance Metrics and Indicators in collaboration with stakeholders to drive business measurement, reporting, and analytics.
- Data Management : Oversee the development and maintenance of data systems and processes to support the BI Division's data ownership and management mandate.
- Self-Service Tools : Develop and manage tools and reports to enable divisional access, understanding, and decision-making based on relevant data and KPIs.
- Facilitation of Data Analytics : Coordinate and manage specialized analysis and reporting for the executive team and business units, ensuring discretion and confidentiality.
- Data Accuracy & Reliability : Ensure consistent evaluation of methodologies, processes, and systems to maintain accurate and reliable data for informed decision-making.
- Data Insights : Proactively identify and uncover actionable insights from data, sharing findings with teams and stakeholders to enhance operational knowledge.
- Task Orientation : Drive task-focused operations within the BI teams to optimize resource utilization and accountability.
Qualifications
- Experience : Minimum 5 years in business intelligence, data analysis, or related roles, with 2 years in a managerial position, demonstrating depth of knowledge and leadership.
- Leadership : Proven track record of leading successful BI teams and driving data-driven decisions.
- Analytics : Strong analytical skills, capable of extracting actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Communication : Excellent communication and leadership abilities, fostering collaboration across teams.
- Technical Proficiency : Proficient in data visualization tools, SQL, and BI platforms like Tableau and Power BI.
- Statistical Knowledge : Solid understanding of statistical methods, modeling techniques, and data management principles.
- GTM Expertise : Comprehensive understanding of Google Tag Manager, skilled in creating and implementing tags and triggers.
- Multitasking : Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks effectively.
- Email Metrics : Proficient in interpreting email metrics to optimize campaign performance and achieve business goals.
Compensation
Compensation includes an attractive 401K. Health insurance (medical, dental, and vision) is also provided. Full details will be made available during an interview.
