KeyResponsibilities :
- Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce solutionsensuring alignment with business objectives and technical bestpractices.
- Collaborate with businessstakeholders to gather and analyze requirements translating theminto technical specifications.
- Design andimplement scalable robust and secure Salesforcesolutions.
- Provide technical leadership andguidance to development teams ensuring adherence to architecturalstandards and best practices.
- Develop andmaintain architectural blueprints documentation androadmaps.
- Integrate Salesforce with otherenterprise systems ensuring seamless data flow andfunctionality.
- Ensure data integrity securityand compliance within Salesforce solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback todevelopers.
- Stay updated with the latestSalesforce features releases and industry trends incorporating theminto solutions as appropriate.
- Mentor andtrain junior team members fostering a culture of continuouslearning and improvement.
Required Skills andExperience :
- Salesforce Expertise : Minimum of 10 years of experience in Salesforce architecture anddevelopment.
- TechnicalLeadership : Proven experience leading and guidingtechnical teams in Salesforce projects.
- Architectural Design : Strongexpertise in designing and implementing Salesforce solutionsincluding custom applications integrations and datamigrations.
- DevelopmentSkills : Proficiency in Salesforce developmentincluding Apex Visualforce Lightning Components and SalesforceAPIs.
- IntegrationKnowledge : Experience with integrating Salesforcewith other enterprise systems using REST / SOAP APIs middleware andETL tools.
- DataManagement : Strong understanding of data modelingdata management and data integration within Salesforce.
- Security and Compliance : Knowledge of Salesforce security model including roles profilespermissions and data sharing.
- Agile Methodologies : Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Communication Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the abilityto collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technicalteams.
- Certifications : SalesforceArchitect certifications (e.g. Certified Technical ArchitectApplication Architect System Architect) are highlydesirable.
