Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide  post-sales HVAC / hydronic technical support  to customers, dealers, SRGI personnel, and contractors via phone and email.
• Conduct  technical training sessions  for dealers and distributors.
• Perform duties  independently , demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills.
• Stay current with  emerging HVAC / hydronic technologies , equipment, and accessories by attending manufacturer-provided training.
• Occasionally conduct  on-site job visits  as needed to support troubleshooting and ensure proper system operation.
• Utilize CRM software to log all tech support calls and job site visits
• Maintenance of SRGI training facility equipment
• Manage class attendance records in accordance with SRGI and manufacturer requirements
• Creation, editing, and delivery of technical presentations.
• Respond to customer inquiries  promptly and professionally  to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to  drive supplemental sales  through technical support interactions.
• Proactively create supporting documents for common technical support items, best practices, and any other procedures.
• Perform  other related duties as assigned  by management.
