Social Worker MSW
Description
This position is responsible for providing services to hospice clients, families, and caregivers, addressing a wide range of psychosocial issues related to end-of-life needs including : adjustment to illness / prognosis, care system issues, community resource issues, insurance / financial issues, legal / ethical issues, and end-of-life planning.
The MSW develops and implements a plan of care in collaboration with the Hospice Interdisciplinary Team.

Required qualifications :
Master's degree in social work from an accredited School of Social Work.
Upon hire : Washington Advanced Social Worker License Or
Upon hire : Washington Advanced Social Worker Associate License Or
Upon hire : Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License Or
Upon hire : Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Associate License
1 year Health care setting.
Preferred qualifications :
2 years Health care setting.
Hospice care setting.
