Qualifications :

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required. Relevant product and industry knowledge and experience with related software applications such as Adobe Creative Cloud, with particular expertise with InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator software preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Oversees design, production, and distribution of all external and internal marketing collateral including but not limited to brochures, catalogs, tradeshow artwork, newsletters, promotional items, and presentations in accordance with Rain for Rent’s brand and visual identity guidelines.

Evaluates, selects, and nurtures vendor relationships to ensure top performance and optimal pricing. Works with and guide external creative outlets to ensure all branding guidelines are upheld.

Manages the production budget and delivers all marketing materials within agreed budget.

Monitors field implementation of brand identity, reporting any variances to the Director of Marketing and appropriate operational leaders.

Develops all advertising layouts. Manages email campaigns from ideation to design and execution.

Manages design and ordering of trade show booths, new graphics, show promotions, promotional items, and pre-show mailers.

Manages design and ordering of collateral, promotional items, and signage for all company events. Coordinates the design, purchase, and distribution of all promotional materials in all media forms.

Maintains, promotes and builds brand awareness through marketing and consistent logo utilization. Ensures all internal and external publications meet the Company’s image standards.

Provides operational direction and support to Marketing Coordinator.

Other duties as assigned in support of the operation.
