Randstad has partnered with a leading manufacturer of high-quality iron castings, seeking a skilled and dedicated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team.

In this role, you will : Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment.Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.

Respond to emergency repairs and resolve equipment issues efficiently.Work collaboratively with other technicians and production personnel.

Maintain a safe and clean work environment.To be successful, you will : Possess a high school diploma / GED and experience in a manufacturing environment (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).

Have a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, with some HVAC experience a plus.

Be proficient in reading blueprints and schematics. (Preferred)Have experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting. (Preferred)Be able to repair and maintain pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

Preferred)Possess welding, fabricating, and rigging skills. (A plus)Have experience inspecting and troubleshooting electrical systems.

Preferred)Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Be a self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic.

Be familiar with ISO 9001 quality standards. • Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the foundry's equipment.
• Provide emergency / unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service and annual shutdown.
• Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
• Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
