Description
Saint Teresa of Calcutta Parish in Woodinville, WA, has an opening for the position of Administrative Assistant, who assists in overseeing the day-to-day running of the parish office.
Job Responsibilities include :
Front desk reception, including : Greeting callers and visitors, Processing mail and deliveries Providing assistance with maintenance of parish records and database Scheduling use of facilities.
Preparing various printed materials for distribution within the church (pews and narthex). Maintain confidentiality when handling matters on the phone, email, or in person.
and helping to ensure proper office security. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications :
- Familiarity with Catholic parish life
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and use good discretion in handling of information
- Ability to learn and use various forms of technology.
- Availability during daytime office hours
Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.
