I. JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY :
Directs and coordinates all aspects of oncology services including, but not limited to The Outpatient Treatment center, Radiation Therapy, Cancer Data Services, Tumor Registry, Support Services, Community Outreach and Education, site specific cancer programs and all clerical and support staff within Oncology Services.
Education
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or Nursing
Experience
At least five (5) years of related management experience in a healthcare environment.
Skills
- Skill in leading, motivating and developing others.
- Skill in managing fiscal resources.
- Skill in using computer and a variety of personal productivity applications.
- Effective written and oral communication skills, to communicate and relate effectively with staff, the public, physicians, and insurers.
- Analytical ability in order to problem solve, develop goals, objectives, clinical protocols, critical paths, case management practices, and policies and procedures.
