Contract Administrator
LHH Recruitment, in partnership with a company in Carlsbad, California is seeking a Contracts Administrator / Legal Analyst to assist for an interim period of 5-6 months.
This is a hybrid position with one day on site a week.
Responsibilities
Assist with overflow work
Tracking contract amendments
Support all updates to various commercial agreement templates
Monitor and report on contract life cycles from beginning to end (intake, review, drafting negotiation, approvals, signatures, amendments, termination, expiration)
Prepare and organize contract records
Negotiate commercial contract terms
Assist with filing corporate documents
Assist with other duties as needed
Qualifications
2+ years of Contract Administration Experience
Environmental or energy experience a plus
Legal background preferred
CA Notary a plus
Ability to work independently
