Expected Schedule :
- Monday : 7 : 30am-5pm
- Tuesday : 8am-6pm
- Wednesday : OFF
- Thursday : 9 : 30am-7pm
- Friday : 7 : 30am-5pm
- Saturday : 1 per month 7 : 30am-1pm

Minimum qualifications include a dental hygienist license in Illinois and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene.
CPR certification required. Physical requirements include prolonged periods of sitting and standing, the ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds, and availability to attend periodic training sessions.
