This person must love possess a genuine love for people, great food, and have a passion to develop others. The GM must have high standards for themselves, their team, service, food quality, cost controls, and the overall operation of the restaurant.
The GM is responsible for the overall profitability of the restaurant, the overall satisfaction of guests, and the overall satisfaction of all team members.
Requirements :
4 Years of Food & Beverage / Hospitality experience is required. Management experience required. ServeSafe Certified, preferred.
