Our fast-growing property management company is looking for qualified Apartment Maintenance Technicians in the following areas :

Job Summary : The Maintenance Technician will provide maintenance services to properties that will be assigned to them. The technician is part of a large team that is assigned work specified in daily work orders assigned by their supervisor. As a technician, this individual is always required to maintain professionalism and follow company policies. Specific duties may vary depending upon assignment.

Reports To : Maintenance Supervisor

Position Type : Hourly / Full Time

Location : Rosslyn Lofts Apartments - 451 S Main St, Los Angeles, CA 90013

Salary : $25-$30 per hour

Essential Functions :

• Perform general maintenance such as plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning repairs, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc.
• Responsible for timely completion of all phases of apartment make-ready work, troubleshooting and repair of most major and minor mechanical systems.
• Responsible for unsupervised, timely completion of occupied apartment service requests in accordance with predefined company and property standards.
• Responsible for all aspects of maintenance of the property, including resident satisfaction and contribution to property occupancy goals.
• Participate in preventive maintenance programs and on-going maintenance and repair of all mechanical systems of the property, to preserve and maintain the asset.
• When called upon, perform groundskeeper responsibilities.
• Follows all applicable safety rules and regulations.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge.
• Contributes to team effort.
• Assist with other duties assigned.

Travel Requirements : Moderate travel for this position requires you to have reliable transportation and the expectation to work onsite is 100% of the time. Travel requirements for this position may change at any time.
