Behavior Technician
RCS is looking for Behavior Technicians to join us in providing the highest quality of individualized, educational services to students 0 22 diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other Developmental Disabilities.

Your responsibilities as a Behavior Technician :
- Travel to client locations throughout the community to provide ABA services. These locations can include client homes, daycares, school districts, Early Intervention centers, and camps.
- Implementing acquisition and behavior programs
- Data collection
- Graphing
- Working collaboratively with other providers (EI, PT, OT, SLP) and families
The right candidates will :
- Enjoy working with children
- Have a Bachelor's Degree, candidates with Associate's will be considered
- Have an interest in or experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, human services, or a related field
- Experience working as a babysitter, nanny, paraprofessional, tutor, camp counselor, or coach
- Be able to submit a transcript
