Opening for a full-time, experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team.
Work alongside a team of dedicated professionals in Urgent Care & Primary Care within a community health system.
The ideal candidate enjoys variety in the work schedule.
This day time position is 72 hours per bi-weekly pay period, to be worked in not more than 4 days per week.
Pay Range : $115,000-$135,000.
This is an employed position with a very generous compensation package to include competitive salary, student loan repayment, sign-on bonus, on-site child day care and much more!
Responsibilities
Provide compassionate and comprehensive care to patients of all ages in a multi-specialty setting.
Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans.
Collaborate with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
Educate patients and their families about health management and preventive practices.
Stay updated with the latest medical advancements to deliver the best possible care.
Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for patients and staff alike.
Manage patient follow-ups and coordinate with specialists for seamless continuity of care.
Qualifications
Hold a valid and current Family Nurse Practitioner license.
Possess a Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
Bring at least 2 years of experience in a multi-specialty clinical setting.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Show a compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
Be proficient in electronic health records and medical software.
Maintain a collaborative spirit and enjoy working in a team environment.
