We have partnered with a GC local to Charlotte, NC who are looking to hire an Assistant Project Manager due to growth and a strong backlog of work.
The company has multiple projects in their pipeline covering the commercial, multi-family, and light industrial sectors and are seeking to connect with individuals with experience building locally in NC.
There is no relocation assistance for this role.
Responsibilities
- Manage all project documentation
- Prepare project schedule and manage deadlines
- Assist with estimation and bidding process
- Effectively communicate project progress to key stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or Construction Management
- 1 - 2 years' of post-graduation experience
- Experience using software such as Procore or similar
