Job Title : Electrical Project Executive

Location : Houston, Texas

Salary : $225,000 - $250,000 Base + Exceptional Benefits & Bonuses

Employment Type : Full-Time

We are partnered with one of the premier MEP Trade Contractors in Texas, recognized for our leadership in delivering complex, high-value electrical construction projects across the state. Our clients work spans mission-critical data centers, advanced healthcare facilities, and major commercial developments. We are expanding our executive leadership team in Houston and seeking a seasoned professional to help drive our continued success.

The Role

As Electrical Project Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of large-scale electrical construction projects, ensuring excellence in execution, client satisfaction, and profitability. You will lead project teams, manage client relationships, and provide strategic direction across multiple high-value engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Provide executive oversight on project planning, staffing, financials, and risk management.
  • Mentor and develop project managers and field leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation across project delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in electrical construction, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Deep understanding of electrical systems in data centers, healthcare, or commercial environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing abilities.
  • Must be based in Houston or willing to relocate.
