Occupational Therapist - Rehab - (OT - Rehab)

OT needed asap8 : 00AM - 4 : 30PMType of equipment RW, WC, suppl. 02, STC, conditioning equipment, BITS, Andago, Bioness, Armeo, Simulation Lab, etc.
EMR - MediTechMust have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.· Experience in inpatient rehabREQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS : · TX license and CPR certificationPreferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
CARE Tool credentialedList typical procedures performed on unit(s) : · Eval and treatment of patients, report out in team conference, family training, DME recommendations· Interdisciplinary collaboration with physicians, nurses, SLPs, PTs, PCTs, and techsBest personality Fit : · Friendly, Knowledgeable, Creative, AccountableScrub Color / Attire - Hunter Green (*We may have some to borrow depending on size)
