Responsibilities :
- Represent clients in litigation involving primarily employment and labor law for the employee.
- Handle cases from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trials
- Collaborate with clients to develop legal strategies aligned with their goals
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients
- Work autonomously while being part of a supportive legal team
Qualifications :
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in CA
- 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in employment and labor law, personal injury, or contract disputes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases efficiently
- A proactive mindset and excellent problem-solving skills
