Consumer lending company specializing in traditional title pledge and payday loans looking for career-minded individuals to actively engage in customer transactions with the goal of increasing profitability through growth and collection efforts, always with a focus on excellent Customer Service.
The successful candidate will manage the loan application, approval and collections process, develop and maintain customer relationships, be a negotiator in collection efforts on past due loans, and deliver outstanding full-cycle customer service.

If you have experience in banking, retails, rent-to-own or collections we want to talk with you! While a background in the financial service industry is preferred, we do enjoy training-on-the-job!
The ideal candidate will have : Strong customer service skills, cash handling experience, experience in collections, excellent time-management skills, superior verbal / communication skills, the ability to work with minimal supervision, reliable transportation and current driver's license.
We offer one of the best retail schedules available : Monday - Thursday 9 : 00AM -5 : 30PM, Friday 9 : 00AM - 6 : 00PM, half day on Saturday, No Sundays and a day off each week! We also offer immediate paid holidays, paid vacation and employer-paid Medical, Dental and Vision benefits.
Monthly bonuses also achievable.
